Fran was born and raised in the Torrington area and after many years of living in different parts of the country and after having raised a family, she was anxious to move back to Torrington.

When Fran returned to this area in 1989, she spent the first few years in the insurance industry. In the fall of 2002 she wanted to try something different so she studied and applied for her Real Estate License. Premier Properties added Fran to their sales staff in January of 2003.

She enjoys the challenge of helping her clients find their 'special place' no matter how long that might take. She looks forward to the opportunity of helping you with all your real estate needs.
